INGREDIENTS
2 oz         Storica Verde
1 oz         Lemon juice of Garda
½ oz       Pine nut syrup
Top Foam of Parmesan Cheese PDO and Pecorino PDO

GARNISH
Sprig of basil, Parimigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorino PDO waffle.

GLASS
Vintage cup

METHOD
Chill the vintage cup. Pour the Garda lemon juice, pine nut syrup and Storica Verde into the shaker. Add plenty of ice and shake. Strain into the chilled vintage cup. Add the Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorino PDO Foam on top of the drink. Garnish with a sprig of basil and a waffle of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorino PDO.
