4 cl Clear Cacao Cream
1 cl Coconut syrup
Place all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Blend until reaching ‘snowy’ and smooth consistency, then pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of red apple and fresh mint.
