INGREDIENTS
250 g of sugar
280 g of flour
4 eggs
130 ml of oil
65 ml of water
1 packet of baking powder
Storica Verde to taste
Powdered sugar and a few basil leaves as garnish
PREPARATION
Step 1
Place basil and sugar in a blender and mix until the texture is very fine and powdery. Add eggs, oil, flour, sieved baking powder and Storica Verde.
Step 2
Mix the compound well with a whisk until it becomes firm without lumps. Pour the mixture into a previously buttered mould. Level it out with a kitchen spatula.
Step 3
Place in preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40 min. Once the cake is cooled, garnish with powdered sugar and a few basil leaves!
