CHERRY DOT CLOVER

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Trittico Dot Gin
1/2 oz Trittico Cirasa
1 oz Garda lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup
5 Cherries
GARNISH:
Cherries
METHOD:
Chill the vintage cup. Pour the Dot Gin, Cirasa, Garda lemon juice, sugar syrup and cherries into the shaker. With a muddler gently crush the cherries into the mixture, add the egg white and dry shake. After the dry shake, add ice and shake again. Strain the drink into the chilled glass and garnish with cherries.
