INGREDIENTI
- 320 g of maccheroni
- 150 g of sweet gorgonzola
- 1 head of red radicchio
- 1 little glass of Storica Nera
- 100 ml of fresh cream
- 1 shallot
- Extra Virgin Olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese (optional)
METHOD
Step 1
Wash and cut the radicchio into strips. Finely chop the shallot. In a frying pan, heat a little oil. Fry the shallot, add the radicchio and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in Storica Nera and evaporate for 1-2 minutes over a high flame. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Step 2
Drain the pasta once it is al dente and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Stir well over medium heat to amalgamate the flavours. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
