INGREDIENTS:
2 cl Select Bitter
5 cl TRITTICO – DOT GIN
1,5 cl Cynar.

GARNISH:
Salted bitter cocoa crust

METHOD:
Combine the bitter, TRITTICO DOT GIN and Cynar in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with salted bitter cocoa crust.
