The selections of the packages participating in the “24th Vinitaly Design International Packaging Competition” were held in Verona on 18 June 2020. The competition was organized by Veronafiere with the aim of highlighting the best clothing for wines, spirits, liqueurs, beers and extra virgin olive oils (bottle, closure, capsule, label, collar, etc.) rewarding and stimulating the efforts of companies to continuously improve their image.
The packages entered in the “24th Vinitaly Design International Packaging Competition” have been submitted to the scrutiny of an international commission of experts chaired by Alessandro Marinella and made up of: Paolo Brogioni (winemaker), Alessandra Corsi (marketing director of GDO), Cleto Munari (designer) and Chiara Tomasi (designer). The legal responsibility of the Competition and the perfect correspondence of each phase to the regulation was instead entrusted to Dr. Mauro Cobelli, head of legal and corporate affairs of Veronafiere.
A total of n. 239 samples distributed in the categories foreseen by the regulation. I Tre Re Schioppettino won the Etichetta d’Argento award.
